    I think the video turned out lovely Nicole and I look forward to any more that you share. I love how simple this recipe is and have been looking for more side dish recipes. I’ve been eating more meals that are basically a variety of side dishes. So I’m definitely trying this soon. Thanks for sharing!

      Thank you, Aubrey! I’m really looking forward to getting better at these videos (and have a side dish of brussels sprouts planned). Also– dinners/entire meals out of traditional “sides” are my favorites! :)
